Born and raised in South Africa, some people assume Roschelle learnt to speak English from watching American TV shows since her accent is little different. Roschelle also bakes and cooks when she is stressed.

Happy Places

Roschelle enjoys going scuba diving, free diving and just being in the water. Being in water soothes her and makes her feel very calm.

Passions

Roschelle loves learning new things. She comes alive when she is able to help others with the skills she has learnt and sharing the knowledge with people around her. For instance, Roschelle learnt plumbing skills from her dad and was able to help her grandma modify her laundry taps to add a washing machine, much to her grandma's delight. 

If Roschelle could be a tree or plant, what would she be and why?

Large and brown algae called Kelp, as she likes how free-spirited they are, growing in cool and relatively shallow ocean water. She likes the idea of being able to scare people who swim over her in the water. Jokes aside, Kelp form underwater towers which provide food and shelter for thousands of fish, invertebrates and marine mammal species.
